A playful approach to Improvisation
In a friendly atmosphere participants will be invited to interact and communicate with one another in unusual ways, sometimes in dynamic group situations, at other times through partnering exercises.
The foundation is playfulness; the most important thing is not what you are able to perform, but how to enjoy yourself the most within your own possibilities and capacities.
Letting go of unnecessary physical tensions, and finding a mental “optimum state” in order to give and receive information, is much more involved than it sounds. It requires highly sensitivity to “listen” to the space, inner and outer, and to flow along the river of time.
By moving and continuously playing in the unknown we can learn how to challenge the sense of fear that often limits our creative possibilities.
Bruno’s skillful integration of different movement traditions, personal philosophy, and vast teaching experience, enables him to invite the group into a naturally playful state of curiosity and exploration.
