Intelligent movement in a backward sort of way!

This workshop will include the 4 practical aspects of Astanga yoga : asana, pranayama, mantra and dhyana.

As the breath and the body are moved in time the practitioner will focus on twisting and back bends as a means to attaining a state of self realization through modern hatha yoga.
