Intelligent movement in a forward sort of way!

This workshop will include the 4 practical aspects of Astanga yoga : asana, pranayama, mantra and dhyana.
The emphasis will be on the synchronisation of breath to movement (vinyasa krama) while
intelligently moving the body in a series focusing on twisting and forward bending.
