Vinyasa Krama – A Master Class with Stewart Gilchrist

Much, much more than “flow” or “sequenced” yoga, vinyasa krama, in its modern context, was created by Yogacharya Krishnamacharya, it offers methods of forcing prana (lifeforce) through the channels (nadis) of our physical bodies using asana, pranayama, dharana, dhyana.
The workshops will show that this profound movement of kundalini shakti (cosmic energy) has an enormous effect on mind , body and soul.
It will highlight marked differences in the practice of traditional yoga asanas when synchronised to breath.
