Awakening the spine

Welcome to a dynamic Hatha yoga-based class that explores the large movement potential of the spine. During this class we will move through a mindful yoga flow connected to the breath and based on transitions between positions. Somatic meditation will be used to establish a deeper connection to the spine. We will then finish the class with a Yoga Nidra-session aimed to experience total relaxation.
