BODY MIND FLOW YOGA – connecting the body and the mind!
Welcome to explore connection between body and mind in movement and stillness. In Body Mind Flow Yoga we aim to experience levels of embodiment through a fluid and organic flow focusing on mindful transitions to and from asanas as well as on somatic meditation.

I have a 500- hours licence (RYT-500) in Virya Yoga, recognised by the Yoga Alliance and including several specialties such as Virya Rehab Yoga, Virya Vinyasa, as well as Virya Strength and Mobility.
During the years I have specifically selected and targeted workshops and advanced courses, hold by internationally recognized facilitators in yoga and movement such as Robin Tåg, Julie Martin, Annie Carpenter, Tara Judell, and Shai Faran from Ido Portal, in order to get inspiration and ideas that could help me to develop my own yoga stile. I also specifically added studies on the Feldenkrais method to learn more about to work on body awareness.
