FloMo is a holistic movement practice with origins in yoga, capoeira and contemporary dance. Strength, endurance, flexibility and a focused mind are practiced as a whole with music.
The word FloMo is a fusion of several words in abbreviated form. Flo stands for “flow”, but also “flying low” and “floor”. Mo refers to “more” and “motion” -Accordingly more flow and more motion!

Pavel Cassius

Pavel practiced kung fu in his teens but started dancing after high school. He dropped out from a professional dance education program because of an injury and subsequently graduated as a physiotherapist in 2006. About the same time he also took his first yoga teacher training course for Ulrica Norberg. Since 2013 he has also taught his own group-training concept FloMo®.
