Hip Stability in Yoga

The hips are the transition between the back and legs, the center of most of our movements. In this class we explore all the directions of movement of the hip and look for stability where it is missing and movement where this is missing. The hips need more and more attention in our sedentary society, with monotonous, repetitive movement patterns.
