Join Alexandra for a typical Jivamukti yoga class. Alexandra is a 800hrs certified Jivamukti yoga teacher and teaches from her heart with a lot of fun and laughter. She will adjust the class so that everybody is able to follow.
We will start with a typical Jivamukti warm-up, Sun Salutations, Standing asana sequence, forward bends, Twists, Backbends and Inversions, in order to clean out our system of what’s holding us back to be truly happy and energetic, followed by Shavasana, leading to meditation.
