Yin Yoga

Welcome to yin yoga with Johanna Wickström! Come and enjoy a meditative and relaxing class for carefully selected music and a philosophical theme for those who want to explore it. The class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced yogis. Together we practice finding interest in ourselves and listening to our own bodies.

Johanna Wickström

Johanna is an adventurous person with a great interest in yoga. She took her first yoga teacher training with Yinyoga and from there she has continued to explore many different yoga forms and meditation techniques around the world. She is a certified instructor in Yinyoga, Viryayoga and Prana vinyasa flow. Johanna is also a writer and has written the book Yinyoga - Less stress and a healthier body.
