Yoga Meditation & Rest

In this class we will together explore a number of different techniques to find silence and presence. A dynamic yoga class where we try to find a detailed balance between breathing and movement to a rhythm. Another part where we explore mindfulness and silence meditation to better understand and to take advantage of exercises that are easy to apply in everyday life. The focus of the class lies on relaxation, presence and compassion with the purpose of making the mind restful, flexibly more focused and steady.

Magnus Fridh

Magnus started meditating in his teens and through studies in Tibetan Buddhism and university studies in indology, has deepened the subject. He teaches groups in ashtanga yoga, mindfulness and meditation and is also one of the founders of the Mindfulness App.
