In the Freeing Dance you orient your attention back to the body and soul, follow the impulses of the body's own intelligence - free in rhythm and movements. The presence, respiration, and the free movement releases tension, frees up vital energy and enhances self esteem. No required or determined steps - we drop notions and inhibitions that prevent the body's original desire to move, and let the music inspire us. Everybody can dance regardless of previous experience and physical fitness.
