Celso was born in 1966 in Maputo, Mozambique. He grew up in an old fashioned tradition and started interpreting traditional music & dance from his roots native land since childhood.
By the sounds of folk music instruments such as mbira, timbila, drums and many others, as well as storytelling, Celso gets the audience to join him on a trip to Africa’s hot savanna without leaving the room.
