Daniela Schütt

Daniela Schütt came to yoga almost 20 years ago with a keen interest in understanding the functions of the Eastern techniques through modern research, especially in the body’s stress and recovery systems. Based on this, a system for stress management through stress knowledge has emerged and with it also the interest in fascia and its functions in the body.
Daniela has over the years been diving deeply into many yoga styles such as Ashtanga yoga, kundalini yoga, Hatha and yin and would like to spread the yoga from the perspective of being curious bodynauts.
