Johan is an instructor of Yinyoga, mediyoga and meditation and also an Integrative therapist.
Student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and Pema Chödrön.
Johan holds teaching programs in meditation, yoga and psychology in Asia, USA and Europe and is also a dancer since childhood and one of the main organizers of Lifeful festival

When we practice mindfulness together with thankfulness we start to feel relaxed & we fill ourselves up with a feeling of joy & peace. Sunday Tonglen as tought by Pema Chödrön Tonglen is a Buddhistic meditation that trains us to be more compassionate, fearless & open. It is very unique because we work in maybe the opposite way than we usually think we should. It can really help to break old patterns. Beginners & Gurus, all are welcome.
