Viktor Frih

Viktor’s interest in health and wellness started already in the late 90’s when he became a personal trainer. He has since helped people with training and health in many different areas, mainly yoga and personal training. He feels lucky to be part of other people’s journey towards self-realization and see how they meet and overcome their mental barriers and fears.
Viktor combines his knowledge of anatomy and physiology from all those years working as a personal trainer with his experience of meditation and yoga travelling in India.

Hatha Flow

HATHA YOGA is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Vinyasa means movement between poses. Ha – tha means sun and moon, Flow – moving in balanced union. Hatha Flow will synchronize the breath with movement and find the calm in the storm, the stillness in the movement, the flow in the stillness. A Hatha Flow class is really as it says, classical hatha postures that flow from one to another with some pauses for added instruction and teacher demonstration If the class is Dynamic you will have the opportunity to deepen the strength of your practise by holding the poses for longer and maybe, if appropriate for your level, you can try other postures that require more strength and flexibility, balance and control.
